The Method

EFT at the centre. A whole-person frame around it.

EFT tapping is the engine. Somatic work, breath, ritual and inquiry are the chassis. Together they make a quiet, evidence-led practice that reaches your body, your story and your nervous system at the same time.

What is EFT?

Tapping nine points. Quietly re-wiring the alarm.

EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) combines gentle finger-tapping on nine acupressure points with focused, honest acknowledgement of what's actually present.

In studies it's been shown to significantly reduce cortisol in a single session, calm the amygdala, and ease symptoms of anxiety, PTSD and chronic stress — often within minutes. It's been called "acupuncture without needles, with the mind included."

  • Lowers cortisol & calms the threat response — measurable in saliva tests.
  • Works with the body, not against it. No bypass, no spiritual gaslighting.
  • Trainable: most clients can tap themselves through a hard moment after 2–3 sessions.

The Holistic Frame

Tapping is the core. These hold it.

01

Somatic Inquiry

Tracking sensation in the body so the work lands where the story actually lives.

02

Breath & Polyvagal

Simple, science-backed breathwork to bring the nervous system back to baseline.

03

Quiet Ritual

Candles, journaling, small daily practices that turn insight into embodied change.

04

Inside a Session

60 minutes. Mostly soft, occasionally pivotal.

  1. 01

    Arrive

We land. A few breaths, a body scan, a check-in about what you actually brought into the room today — not what you planned to.

  2. 02

    Locate

Together we find the place in your body where the issue lives, and a single, honest sentence that names it.

  3. 03

    Tap

We move through the nine points slowly. I tap with you. The charge softens — usually within minutes, sometimes with tears, usually with relief.

  4. 04

    Integrate

We close with breath, a small ritual or journaling prompt, and one tiny practice to take with you into the week.
